(May 23, 2002) Girls Varsity starter, Lydia Cotton, a Freshman, received the Player of the Game award for her three goals against Homer during the first round of the Alaska State High School soccer tournament.  Dimond went on to win the game 5-0!!  Way to go Lydia!!!
